Let me tell you a little about my morning. Hyrum woke up at 5 am. Yuck. Sterling woke up yelling at Hyrum. Someone is going to die and it's probably going to be the five year old. Double yuck. Hyrum got ahold of Sterling's 100th day of school project, a plastic candy cane full of 100 pennies, and decided to dump it on the floor. Nice. I find a nasty, dark round thing sticking out of the dog. A tick. I don't think I can handle this. The sooooo pleasant five year old decides it's too much work to pick up all the pennies, plus the super grumpy three year old is "helping." Oh, yeah, I have to make sure all the pennies are there. You try counting to 100 with two demanding kids asking for whatever even though they have scrambled eggs and apple juice right in front of them.
I want a Mulligan.

We could trade? I woke up to my son screaming "Mom I'm gonna puke". And then before I could even get up, it was all over. Good luck with the ticks and the pennies!
Awwww....shucks....you had the rotten morning and I had the rotten afternoon. When my mom used to tell me that being a mom wasn't easy, I never believed her. Until now!!!
I don't even know what to tell you...it's a new day today? Yeah, it's a new day and you'll make it. I hope your kids do too!
Bah - hate those days. At least you can look BACK on them and laugh, because at the time, it is SO not funny... ;)
